Grilled boneless West Country pork loin slices with Sandford Orchard cider and locally grown apple gravy, served with cheese and spring onion mashed potatoes and braised fruited red cabbage (gluten free)

Firm organic tofu pieces marinated in soy sauce and gently fried in sesame oil, served with ratatouille and sweet potato fries
